The geopgraphic area that is covered by "my zone" is historically quite fragmented. There were some bad things in the past between countries and regions. The fragmentation that still exists today, is most likely the reason for so many different ideas and concepts ... and opinions. It's a thin line between being a troll for some and being proud of the own nationality and identification. There are a lot more cultural differences over here than in your zone. There is no such thing like a "united states of europe". Not much of cultural unity over here, but i'm sure you know already. That makes comparing zones quite difficult. The ZC2 job is probably harder than yours - lucky you.

You can't change people by giving them a new node number. I'm not surprised about the outcome. That was to be expected.
