Hi Alexey,

Fidonet has never done this in the past and probably never will.

The present system ensures that each area (RC) gets a vote which means big
areas can't dominate the vote, it's like the senate system in the US.

There are a lot of negatives to idea of wieight system like who is going to
ensure the vote is valid and not manipulated, how sure are Nodes voting
even real.

The main reason is it is a an overkill for the FTSC as there are only a few
canidates and room for a lot more.

Just my 5 cents worth.
