i see no problem with that...

you should rethink that... the INA is a default but having it as well as an IBN with an attached domain does not negate one or the other domain... both are still valid... now, if they are the same domain, then sure, filter out one of them but if they are different, both are still valid...
i do not see where the spec differs from that...
