Of course it's possible, Michiel, I've known that for years. Just not with my present configuration.
It's not that I cannot make one of my XP boxes binkp connectible via IPv6 -- I can without a problem. It's to make the XP firewall pass on the different incoming connection calls to the respective server that is the problem, now that port numbers are not the way to go.
I can for instance easily make my website at felten.yi.org accessible via IPv6. I seem to remember that you tested it some time ago, but found out that it had only very limited functionality? There it's my old IIS web server program (with settings that dates back to the 20th century, settings that I cannot easily export to a modern web server) that does not work properly. But I still need it.
Ergo: I can easily set up my system as a standalone binkp server fully IPv6 compliant. But that means I have to give up some half dozen other functions. Including my blog and a few that I use for my clients in a professional capacity.
No, I don't think that we want to spend any more time flogging this dying horse any more. Unless of course someone have a tip on how to make my native XP SP3 firewall become IPv6 compliant... 8-)
