You seem to be in the unfortunate position of having no attractive alternatives.
Over here, I actually have a choice. There is at least one provider that offers native IPv6: Xs4All. I could switch the the today if I choose so. I don't think I will though because they can not offer the same TV/Internet/telephone package as the cable company. Plus that they can not offer the internet speed that I am used to. So I would get IPv6 but I would pay more and have to take some steps back. So for now I wil stay with the cable company and do IPv6 over a tunnel.
