I suppose it is possible, In theory I could also become my own ISP and have native IPv6. All I need is my own fiber to AMS-IX. Cost would probably be a show stopper...
Fortunately, I have no need for that any more. I have native IPv6 from my ISP. For about two years now. It took my ISP nearly a decade between "we will roll it out next year" and actually doing it, but here we are. :-)
