Do you have any view/idea of what happens in R45 or not?
They elected a new RC, Alexander Ilin, but communication with him hardly works. In over a year he has managed to send 1 (one) segment-update ... as an attach to a Facebook-message. He never connects, never picks-up mail. I've got some 560 PKT-files sitting here for him.
Now he tries a connection via Skype, but when I respond he vanishes again.
There is not a singla INA-entry, a few nodes show binkd-connectivity but only 1 shows an address.
This really is becoming problematic.
Is the situation re: IP really that bad in Belarus? Is Alexander Ilin not capable of running that region? Is the region maybe dead?
Is there anything you can pick-up from Russian language echoes?
