Colleagues,

2 years ago the Txy-user-flags were promotoed to full-flag in zone-2 and there would be a grace-period of one year to transition.

This grace-period has now concluded ... its 2nd year ... and the following action is going to be taken:

1) As of this week the nodelist-epilog will be changed and the Txy-user-flag
   mention removed. It will be visible already in tomorrow's DAILYLST.

2) At the beginning of October, ERRFLAGS will be updated and the
   Txy-user-flags will no longer be permtitted.

   Everybody has done their homework well and at this moment there are only
   2 regions not fully complying yet: 40 and 45.

   Vadim and Alex, please take care of this. OK?

Краткий перевод: флаги Txy для обозначения времени работы узла окончательно становятся первичными (еще год назад они были пользовательскими). Отныне дед будет считать Txy после ,U, ошибкой, по причине чего рекомендует слоупокам из R40 и R45 привести в соответствие свои нодлистовые строчки (озадачил этим RC).
