BjФrn Felten (2:2/2, 2:20/0, 2:203/0, 2:203/2 and 2:203/200) is hereby excommunicated from Fidonet-zone-2 and as a result all of his nodenumbers will be lifted as per NODELIST.094.
This decision can be appealed at ZCC-level but the removal from the nodelist will happen nevertheless with an immediate nature.
Holger Granholm of 2:20/228 has been appointed as interim-RC20 and is being called-upon to organize an election to select a new RC20 within the shortest possible timeframe.
BjФrn Felten's excommunication creates the added disturbance of the fate of FIDONEWS and FN_SYSOP.
As per previous custom initiated by Bob Satti who unilaterally appointed a new moderator/editor without consulting his peers when Doug Myers passed-away, I hereby appoint Benny Pederson of 2:23/0 2:230/0 2:230/38 2:230/53 as new publisher of the Fidonews-publication as well as being the moderator of the FIDONEWS- and FN_SYSOP-echoes.
