That could be quite a challenge, considering, that you are in a different Zone. It could be done if ZC2 would be prepared to modify segments during the collation of the DAILYUTF. But in general that is a No-NO.
The real solution would be, that ZC's would generate a UTF-8 zone segment if sysops in their zone benefit from the use of UTF-8.
