Yes, sort of. The dailyutf has been running now for some two years IIRC. It runs in parallel with the ASCII only daily nodelist.

I'd love to see that, but as Kees already pointed out, that would be a challenge. You'd have to convince the nodelist clarks in Z1, at least your RC and ZC, that they have to set up a second run of makenl. This will be more difficult than in Z2 where English is not the dominant language and there are many sysops whose names and location can not be spelled properly with ASCII only.
